Here I Sit

Here I sit broken hearted. (What is new?) Ha. At my blog and I have hardly started. I get in front of my computer and think it is going to be ten twenty or so minutes and three hours goes by like that. Whew! So I am having three little munchkins calling for me to watch family movie time and once again I gotta make it quick. Maybe quick is better and I can be wittier once I clean the lemonade the kids spilled in my keyboard out. It is tough to type and thanks to you Mr. Henderson from La Jolla high, five years ago(ha), even though you were a big A&&, I do appreciate that I learned to type.

Kaylee has been home sick with a small cold. I feel bad cuz today she was by the tv most of the day. I had so much work to keep on top of. Neil has been around in between jobs and let me tell you, he is like a retired old man. He is driving me nuts. Exactly as you expect. When I go out, he calls me four times and is like “what are you doing for so long?” His job can’t come up quick enough…..ha ha. He is still not feeling great but we think we know what it is and it is not chronic…maybe some allergies.

Anyways back to me, haha. Jac had a play date today and I made brownies. Well, the kids were happy as expected all except for Miss little chocoholic. She ate her two allotted treats early on so when I refused her a brownie, she was devastated. I even gave her a small piece. She came up to me and said,”I hate myself!” I asked,”Why?” She said, “Cuz I just love sweeties so much that I can’t take it and I hate myself for that.” It was so cute.

I did manage to color with Kaylee a bit and we watched the Barefoot Contessa. Then she was in the mood to chop and helped me with the salad at dinner. Oh, and I am so bloated. I feel gross and fat. I did a pilates reformer class today and that felt great. I need to do more stretching and lengthening not to mention get better posture and hold my stomach in. Too bad those spanks made me feel as if I as suffocating but then again that is motivation for me. I think I just gained two pounds but on me that is a lot. I have been tea totaling and that should help. I don’t think I will go for a month though, much to Neil’s dismay. We shall see…

I am liking staying in and not being busy with company each night. Speaking of cute, Jac had a sleepover at his little cute girlfriends house Sierra. The Mom, Sharon, who is a good friend, said they insisted on sharing a bed. So she got a bunch of stuffed animals and lined them all along the bed in between the two of them. Ha. How cute.

Wills is convinced he is going to make the world record for Pogo sticking. He is constantly boinging around.I bet he will make the record if he sets his mind to it.Not only does Neil call me but he asks me what I am doing and no matter what I say his answer is about trying to save money, ie: I will wash your car, make you lunch etc.

Okay, I know that I know too many people and need to be more explicit when I enter them into my phone. I invited two people by accident. Although I was glad to have them at my party, they were not the person I thought they were. I even freaked one out being surprised that she had moved, when I had  gone to her going away party! Another Maria. Oh well, never a dull moment in my life.
