Mother’s Lecture

Ha ha. It seems no matter how old we get, especially when one has childish tendencies (ha) our mothers still watch out for us like no other. My mother was givng me a mini lecture yesterday but in a loving tone, and she made a lot of sense. I respond much better to soft lectures. Anyways I was surprised by some of her comments , that she noticed (damn hate when that happens) but she has good insight. So I need to look at what she said.
Yesterday some comical things that occured and I laughed then locked in my blog part of my brain-was when William and I were leaving, I was rushing, yep, and I grabbed a bowl from the night before, that had spinach dip in it. I filled it up wtih water cuz thats what I do. William came running in and said,”Mommy bailey’s water bowl has guacamole, and I said, “No its spinach and its good for him.” I sort of saw that on a sitcom. I have a lot of outer body experiences like this. ha ha. William never misses a thing. Then Kaylee came in and had made cards for me and for her friend Ava. They were beautifully done except for she ripped out leaves from my indoor plants to decorate them. he he. …………………Oopsy back track. On of the things my mother told me was when I am entertaining or have people over, and my kids ask something of me, that I want them to wait until the people leave. I thought that was okay and I usually pass it on to another child.. She was explaining to me how it looks and makes them feel.
Have to tell a few stories today cuz they occured, so Hannah M will have to wait. I am embarrased to say this cuz I hold the worlds record for losing my keys, phone, atm card, license. etc.I misplaced my keys. So yesterday I was stranded and I actually got a lot done around the house. I cleaned it, organized my jewelry (yea one step at a time) Part of solution not problem. anyways it felt nice to have no options to go anywhere. I managed to have some friends and get out which was nice and it all worked out but it is amazing how inconveniencing it is to not have a car. Last night we just had a nice family steak dinner, and all the kids were happy. I went to bed at eight thirty again. Jac told me my hair looked very nicely brushed. Ha ha. When I wake up the extentions look like a birds nest. I have so much hair like cousin It. Hopefully cuter though,. Oh and for the great housewives out there that keep their house immaculate-Charlene recommended Mr Magic Sponges……..well oh my gosh……….they took the dirt of everything my walls, my couch etc tc. just hope they don’t deteriorate them but so far so good. I am a fan!!!
