Hello

Back to doing my gratitude journal…I give myself a couple days here and there to feel sorry for myself or sad then I snap out of it……..As my mother always told me, that it is better to feel things deeply than, to not feel them at all, or minimally………..and I have a good range of emotions,,,,,,I do feel vulnerable and if I am exposing (once again) to much of myself, during a difficult time……..So I am going to real, or reel it in…..Both………Thanks for all of your prayers, support, comments and texts……
